The thing I have always admired about Prince Harry – the thing that makes me raise my head above the parapet to stick up for him time and time again – is that he cares. He really, really cares. I knew this from the moment I met him, almost ten years ago now. It was at an event to launch Heads Together, the charitable campaign he had created with his brother William and sister-in-law Kate – now Prince and Princess of Wales – to get people talking about mental health.
